DYVA ads… These have not been updated if a very long time. I would love to use these more but there is only one that looks nice and is on brand. I have reached out several times and tried to post it on YSC but they never let the post go active.

Laurie - the two biggest things I've heard/seen are make sure you are answering the phone consistently and quickly and continue getting 5-star reviews consistently on your Google My Business page.

Is there a mobile specific link for our sites? When I look at my site on mobile and it asks me to register, it’s impossible to see the fields. Considering how much traffic goes through mobile, that’s a big issue to me. Thank you.

on my GMB page is there a way in your "control area" so to speak where you can post reviews from past clients? Or does the client have to do it themselves. I noticed in my main control panel that there is a place to write a review, just not sure if that review would be from me.
