What are best practices for keeping up with all the leads coming in. I know we are suppose to be responding to everyone coming in, but we are a small team and it is hard when we get notifications for every little thing from the website. Statistically people advance there timelines by 50% so if they say they are not ready for a year you should categorize them in a 6 month category instead of one year
