What are best practices for keeping up with all the leads coming in. I know we are suppose to be responding to everyone coming in, but we are a small team and it is hard when we get notifications for every little thing from the website. I would love to know, if anyone has a way to not feel so overwhelmed by everything going on.

Barry, great idea for Seller leads … especially if we know that their house is large and possible too big. There are several articles on mainstream sites that say large homes are going tank on the decline/recession.
I agree, we need to get rid of that language. I don't like her dictating my schedule.

Question: I’ve been asking people for reviews and 2 fold, 1. in my “review me” link that I send out, it seems the stars only go up to 4.5 and 2. the last few people that I have asked only put it on one platform and not the copy and paste and put it on all my platforms … I can’t go back and ask but going forward, how can I change it up?

What does your campaign for your cold leads look like? How long does it last and what kind of touches are you doing? How often?
Statistically people advance there timelines by 50% so if they say they are not ready for a year you should categorize them in a 6 month category instead of one year
^^^David that is great advice!^^^ Usually I would have timelines attached to cold 6+ months, warm 3-6 months, hot 0-3 months.
