How are agents using Callingly and is it productive??
I have a question about the Hatch program that integrates with Ylopo, FUB and CallAction?
Asking for a client of mine since I know she's on the call ;) anyone have suggestions for a transaction management software that integrates well with FUB to help track return?

We got lots of complaints about the alien message. I did not know you could change or edit the drips. We used Hatch for a few months but stopped using it a couple of weeks ago.

We actually made Raiya say something like "you may hear from (agent)"... what Barry said. LOL
Red in CallAction means they don't have an active drip.
This may be a silly question, do you all immediately call and on the first conversation ask for an in person conversation?

Is Hatch and Call Action going to do a breakout at the summit?
I have people that set off a YPriority and then when I reach out, they don't respond. What is the course of action for that...keep reaching out?

How do you handle the lead that is triggering priority alerts daily but WILL NOT get on the phone with you or just keeps making excuses or doesn't show up when they said they would?

everything that responds in my system is Ypriority so I don't place a lot of emphasis on them unless I see specific behavior.

Is there any way to get the handraisers to drop off the handraiser smart list once they have been handled or converted. I have active clients I can't get to drop off
Hi Chaney! The best way to get them off the list would be to remove the handraiser tag from the lead. It really depends on how you want to do reporting. Another way you can do it is exclude certain stages from your list like active, under contract, etc.

STAND ALONE AGENT Qs" 1) Is there a different lead-flow/system depending on where the leads are coming from: PPC, FB... other lead sources? I'm trying different lead sources to build my database bc starting with zero on the database side and building with $300/month PPC from YLOPO is too slow.
2) ANy way we can utilize YLOPO with our SPHERE?
Do you recommend team members attending the summit or only the team leader?
3) How should we follow up with people we have communicated with (said hi early in the process, but they weren't ready yet.) Does Laura K have these flows documented?

My Market is VERY HIGH end. Most of the leads I get from Ylopo and all the other lead generation systems, send me leads that cannot get even come close to a home in my area where the median price is $1.2 million. I spend hours qualifying (calling emailing texting etc...)leads only to find out they are not a viable lead. How do I target the real clients in my area? There is super low inventory and low numbers of transactions that occur compared to other markets. Commissions are under attack big time since each transaction is large, but they are so far and few between making a living is a real challenge.
also Followup boss is talked about consistently will Lion Desk be at the summit and can we get them to take a larger roll with Ylopo?
